BTS fans around the world are buzzing with excitement after HYBE teased a global cinema event titled “BTS Movie Weeks – Coming Soon to Cinemas Worldwide” on July 21.

The announcement, made through a black-and-white teaser image on social media, gave no further details, sparking a wave of speculation across the BTS fanbase, known as ARMY.

Many fans believe the event could feature theatrical re-releases of BTS’s earlier films such as Burn the Stage: The Movie (2018), Bring the Soul (2019), and Break the Silence (2020).

Others hope for new content, including a documentary series highlighting each member’s journey, especially now that all seven members have completed their military service.

One fan on X (formerly Twitter) speculated: “I think BTS Movie Weeks is another documentary where they show each member’s life weekly… week 1 Namjoon, week 2 Yoongi, and so on until OT7.” Another expressed disbelief and excitement over the possibility of revisiting BTS’s legacy on the big screen.

The teaser follows recent behind-the-scenes updates from HYBE and comes shortly after BTS made a rare group appearance in June, announcing they are working on a new album set for release in Spring 2026. The members — RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook — are currently in Los Angeles working on the project.

With no official details yet, fans are closely watching HYBE’s channels for another possible midnight update — a strategy BTS has often used for major reveals in the past.

Whatever form BTS Movie Weeks takes, fans worldwide are ready to return to cinemas to celebrate the group’s music, memories, and milestone moments.
