Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new lawsuit that accuses him of sexual battery and emotional distress. The anonymous plaintiff, referred to as John Doe, alleges that Diddy engaged in disturbing behavior involving a shirt once owned by the late rapper The Notorious B.I.G.
The incident reportedly took place in September 2020 during a studio session in Los Angeles. According to the lawsuit, Diddy allegedly pressured Doe to take the drug ketamine. He then took Doe and others to a warehouse where clothing belonging to Biggie was kept.
While alone with Doe, Diddy is accused of watching pornography on his phone, masturbating with one of Biggie’s shirts, and throwing the shirt at Doe after the act. He allegedly said, “RIP Biggie” before leaving the room. The lawsuit includes claims of sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other related charges.
This legal action comes shortly after Diddy was found guilty of two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution. He was acquitted of more serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. Sentencing in that case is set for October 3, 2025.
Diddy’s legal team has denied the new allegations. In a statement, they said the claims are “baseless” and that previous court decisions have shown Diddy “has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.” They added that they will “vigorously defend” him against the new accusations.
The case adds to a growing list of legal challenges for the hip-hop mogul, who has faced increased scrutiny in recent years.
