Spider-Man Trilogy Returns to Theaters With First-Ever 4K Release of Spider-Man 2.1

Get ready to relive the iconic web-slinging action on the big screen. Sam Raimi’s original Spider-Man trilogy, starring Tobey Maguire, is returning to theaters this fall — and for the first time ever, fans will get to see Spider-Man 2.1 (the extended cut of Spider-Man 2) in theaters and in 4K.

Fathom Entertainment, in partnership with Sony Pictures, announced that the trilogy will screen as part of its “Fathom Fan Favorites” series.

This marks the first theatrical release of Spider-Man 2.1, which includes extended and never-before-seen scenes, offering deeper character moments and more action.

The trilogy joins Fathom’s growing list of classic re-releases, which includes titles like Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Clueless, Rocky IV, and The Sound of Music.
