Cardi B Fires Back at Haters, Says She’s “Still Winning” After Offset Breakup

Cardi B has a message for anyone wishing for her downfall: it’s not going to happen. The rapper went live on Instagram to respond to critics who continue to target her online, especially after her recent breakup with Offset.

“If you’re praying on my downfall, pray for your granny, pray for your auntie, pray for your family,” Cardi said during her livestream. “It’s been too long. I’m not going anywhere. Just accept it. I’m a winning woman.”

Cardi B and Offset have had a rocky relationship for years. They married in 2017, nearly divorced in 2020, but stayed together until filing for divorce again in July 2024. Since then, Cardi has been linked to NFL player Stefon Diggs, while rumors swirl around Offset and other women.

Their personal drama has also spilled into their music. On the same day, Offset released Bodies with JID, while Cardi dropped her new single Outside, which fans think might be aimed at her ex. Outside may also be the lead single for Cardi’s long-awaited second album, recently submitted to Atlantic Records.

Despite the drama, Cardi B made it clear she’s focused on her success. “I ain’t going nowhere,” she told fans. With new music on the way, Cardi seems ready to prove once again why she’s one of the biggest names in rap.
