Suge Knight Says Fear Keeps Industry Figures Silent in Diddy’s Sex Trafficking Trial

Suge Knight, the former Death Row Records boss and longtime rival of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has spoken out about the silence surrounding Combs’ ongoing sex trafficking trial. In a recent interview on the iHeartRadio podcast Covering the Diddy Trial, Knight claimed that many people close to Diddy are staying quiet out of fear.

Knight explained, “The why they so silent this: are so scared. They slaves. people are to these.” While his statement was rough around the edges, the meaning was clear — people in the industry fear speaking out, not because of violence, but because of the influence powerful executives have over their careers.

According to Knight, these “people in the suites” use their positions of power to control others in the entertainment business. The trial against Combs involves serious allegations of abuse, forced sexual acts, and sex trafficking. Knight, who has a long history of rivalry with Combs, urged him to testify and “tell the real truth.”

He argued that the focus should not just be on one person but on the entire system of abuse and exploitation in the music industry. “If you’re going to make Puffy answer, make everyone answer,” Knight said.

Suge Knight also addressed recent claims made by singer Ray J, denying the allegations while expressing concern for Ray J’s safety and mental well-being.

Knight’s comments highlight a larger issue of fear, silence, and control in the entertainment industry. As the trial continues, his words add to the growing calls for accountability—not just for Combs, but for an industry culture that many believe has allowed abuse to go unchecked for too long.
