Bill Goldberg

WWE legend Goldberg made a big return during Monday Night Raw on June 16, 2025. His comeback was quickly followed by the announcement of his final match, called his “Last Ride.” Goldberg’s last opponent will be Gunther, the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Gunther had just celebrated his recent win over Jey Uso when Goldberg appeared. Goldberg praised Gunther but reminded him of their unfinished business from a few months ago in Atlanta, Georgia. He declared that their match will take place at the upcoming Saturday Night Main Event on June 12.

The match will be for Gunther’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship. It is unclear if Goldberg will win the title or if Gunther will keep his reign. Fans are excited to see how this final chapter unfolds.

Goldberg’s return and this upcoming match could mark a memorable end to his wrestling career. WWE fans are eager to see if the legend can claim the championship in his last ride.
