Resident Evil 9 Requiem

Fans of Resident Evil 9 are very excited after new gameplay images leaked online. The game, officially called Resident Evil Requiem, was revealed recently by Capcom during the Summer Game Fest.

The new trailer shows the game set in a ruined Raccoon City, years after the events of Resident Evil 2.

The main character in Resident Evil Requiem is FBI agent Grace Ashcroft. She is connected to previous games, as she is the daughter of Alyssa Ashcroft from Resident Evil Outbreak. This connection adds more depth to the story.

The leaked screenshots show close-ups of Grace, a scary zombie-like monster, and scenes inside what looks like the Raccoon City General Hospital.

Fans on social media are sharing their excitement. Many like the monster design and are happy the game seems to use a third-person view, like the popular Resident Evil 4.

Capcom plans to release Resident Evil Requiem on February 27, 2026. It will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and Series S. Fans are eagerly waiting to get their hands on the game.
