Apple Music Pinned Feature in iOS 26

Apple Music has added a new feature in iOS 26 that lets users pin their favorite albums, playlists, and artists. This feature makes it easier to find and listen to music you enjoy the most.

To use the new pinning feature, just long-press on an album, playlist, or artist in your library. Then, choose to pin it.

The pinned items will appear at the top of the Library tab in the Music app. You can pin up to six items at the same time. These can be any mix of albums, playlists, or artists.

This feature is especially helpful for people who want quick access to their go-to music. It also helps users remember music they want to listen to later.

With many songs available on streaming services, it is easy to forget about some music. Pinning lets users keep important music visible every time they open the app.

Currently, the pinning feature is in the early beta version of iOS 26. Apple may change some details before the official release later this year. Still, it is a welcome addition for Apple Music users.

With iOS 26, Apple continues to improve the music experience and make the app easier to use.
