Gene Deal Alleges Diddy Gave $2M to Gina Huynh to Avoid Testimony

As Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious allegations in federal court, fresh claims have surfaced from his former bodyguard, Gene Deal, who alleges that the music mogul paid ex-partner Gina Huynh $2 million to stay out of the courtroom.

Speaking in a recent interview with The Art of Dialogue, Deal claimed that Diddy gave Huynh money, a Los Angeles apartment, and school tuition to keep her from testifying. “She took the $2 million payment from Diddy… still was messing with him… brainwashed,” Deal alleged.

Prosecutors reportedly subpoenaed Gina Huynh, widely believed to be “Victim-3” in Diddy’s federal indictment, but she has yet to appear in court. Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, previously told the court, “Gina is not coming,” suggesting her cooperation is unlikely. However, Assistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik countered, saying Huynh is “very much a part of this case.”

Deal insists she has been in contact with federal agents, saying, “They do have emails and everything from her and her lawyer.” He also described her as a “hostile witness.”

Adding to the drama, Deal himself was banned from Diddy’s trial following a reported physical altercation outside the Manhattan courthouse.

While Deal has made multiple claims over the past year, none of the payment allegations have been confirmed by court records, and prosecutors have not officially addressed the supposed $2 million payoff.

This comes amid a broader investigation involving several serious accusations against Diddy, with testimony already heard from multiple witnesses, including former assistant Capricorn Clark, who alleged she was kidnapped by the mogul.

As the trial continues, the public remains divided and the stakes grow higher. Whether Gina Huynh will take the stand—or remain silent—could play a major role in how the case unfolds.
