Diddy Trial: Former Worker ‘Mia’ Alleges Rape and Forced Acts

Sean Diddy Combs

A woman identified as “Victim-4,” using the pseudonym Mia, is scheduled to testify today in the ongoing federal trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs, who faces multiple sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Mia is a former employee of Combs and was briefly mentioned during the prosecution’s opening statements. Prosecutor Emily A. Johnson described her as being “worked to the bone for years,” before Combs allegedly assaulted her.

The prosecutor claimed Combs forced oral sex on Mia, entered her bed without consent, and sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions.

Mia’s testimony is expected to support the racketeering conspiracy charge, which accuses Combs of running a criminal enterprise involving employees who committed crimes and helped cover them up.

Combs, 55, was arrested in September 2024, just months after federal agents raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami. He has remained jailed in Brooklyn and pleaded not guilty to all five federal charges, which include:

  • Sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion
  • Transportation for purposes of prostitution
  • Racketeering conspiracy

If convicted on all counts, Combs could face a minimum of 15 years and up to life in prison.

LAPD and Fire Officials to Testify About Kid Cudi Arson Incident

Following Mia’s testimony, the court will hear from a Los Angeles police officer and an arson investigator from the Los Angeles Fire Department. They are expected to speak about an alleged 2012 arson attack involving rapper Kid Cudi.

Last week, Kid Cudi testified that Combs was furious over his relationship with Cassie Ventura, Combs’ ex-girlfriend. Cudi claimed Combs broke into his home and later ordered his Porsche to be set on fire with a Molotov cocktail.

In support of Cudi’s claims, former assistant Capricorn Clark testified on Tuesday that Combs threatened her life and even plotted to kill Kid Cudi.

The trial is now entering a critical phase, with high-profile testimony and disturbing allegations piling up against the music mogul.
