The tenth day of testimony in Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ criminal trial took a dramatic turn on Tuesday as Capricorn Clark, a former Bad Boy Records employee, testified under oath, offering disturbing insights into Diddy’s alleged criminal behavior.
Clark testified that on her first day in 2004, Diddy and his security guard took her to Central Park and warned he’d “have to kill her” if anything went wrong, referencing her past employment with Death Row Records, a rival label associated with Suge Knight.
She further alleged that after some loaned jewelry went missing, she was interrogated for five days in a rundown building, forced to take a lie detector test, and threatened with being dumped in the East River if suspected of theft.
In another explosive claim, Clark told the jury that Diddy broke into rapper Kid Cudi’s house after learning about his relationship with Cassie. According to Clark, Diddy arrived at her home early morning with a gun, forced her to come along, and said he was going to kill Cudi. She remained in the car and called Cassie and Cudi to warn them.
Clark also stated that she witnessed Diddy physically abusing Cassie, and she had even gotten Cassie a burner phone to hide her communication with Cudi from Diddy.
Prosecutors used Clark’s testimony to support racketeering charges against Diddy, painting a picture of a long-running pattern of intimidation, threats, and violence. On cross-examination, Diddy’s defense attorney attempted to discredit Clark, suggesting she may hold personal grudges.
Meanwhile, Cassie was reportedly rushed to the hospital during the testimony, allegedly in labor with possible complications, though no confirmation has been made about the birth yet.
The trial continues with Clark’s claims marking one of the most damaging testimonies so far, intensifying focus on the RICO case prosecutors are building against Diddy.
