Brittany Fortinberry, a 31-year-old former math teacher from Indiana, has been charged with multiple counts of sexual abuse involving at least 10 minor boys.
Prosecutors allege that Fortinberry engaged in disturbing acts, including forcing victims to wear Scream masks during group sex at her home. Some victims were as young as 13 years old.
Court documents reveal that Fortinberry provided drugs, such as marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms, to the minors before assaulting them. She allegedly sent explicit photos and videos to students and offered money in exchange for explicit images.
In one instance, she reportedly spent $600 on gifts for a group of boys before coercing them into sexual acts.
The abuse allegedly occurred between 2023 and 2024 while Fortinberry worked at Eminence High School.
She resigned from her position in August 2024 after initial allegations surfaced. Her husband is also accused of threatening victims to prevent them from reporting the abuse.
Fortinberry faces charges including child molestation, dissemination of harmful material, and contributing to the delinquency of minors.
