Fans are speculating that Kendrick Lamar will feature on the upcoming Clipse album, produced by Pharrell Williams.

The rumor started on January 12 when a TikTok user posted a snippet of a track played by Pusha T at Pharrell’s Louis Vuitton debut show in 2023.

The snippet, which was quickly removed, allegedly featured Lamar and was titled “Chains & Whips.”

This comes as Pusha T and No Malice prepare to release their first album in 15 years. The album is complete, with only one guest feature left to finalize.

Earlier speculation suggested it could be Kendrick Lamar or JAY-Z, and the recent TikTok leak has reignited the possibility of Lamar’s involvement.

Pusha T confirmed the album is ready, saying, “It’s ready. So, as soon as it’s ready, y’all getting it.” No Malice also expressed confidence in the project, stating it’s what Hip-Hop has been missing.

Pusha T has praised Kendrick Lamar’s lyrical impact, noting how his words resonate deeply with listeners.

Lamar’s influence has also been felt in the ongoing feud between him and Drake, which added more intrigue to the album.

While no official release date has been set, fans are eagerly awaiting the album, with rumors suggesting it could drop soon.

Whether or not Lamar appears, the Clipse album is already one of the most anticipated releases of 2025.
