Samsung has officially confirmed the date for its next Unpacked event, set for January 22, 2025. The teaser for the event shows four devices, confirming that we will see four new Galaxy S25 smartphones.
The upcoming phones are expected to be the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and a new addition, the Galaxy S25 Slim. The event will begin at 6 PM UTC (1 PM ET, 7 PM CET, 11:30 PM IST).
The Galaxy S25 and S25+ will be similar, with the Plus model offering a larger screen and battery.
The S25 Ultra will feature a more oval shape compared to its predecessors and will retain the S Pen along with the Ultra specifications.
The Galaxy S25 Slim, expected to be thinner and lighter, will come with a 6.66-inch display, a 200 MP main camera, 50 MP ultrawide and telephoto lenses, a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and a 5,000 mAh battery. However, it may lack features like wireless charging and a periscope lens.
The event will be live-streamed across Samsung’s social media platforms and official website.
