Details of the Recall

The Charmast W1056 power banks were available in black, blue, green, mint, pink, and white.

They were sold on Amazon between December 2018 and September 2024 for $14–$25. The model number “W1056” is printed on the back of the unit.

To date, there have been 44 reports of these power banks malfunctioning, with four incidents resulting in burns or blisters.

Refund Process

Consumers who own the affected power bank should:

  1. Stop using the product immediately.
