Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S users can now enjoy nearly 40 free game demos through a special promotion called the Xbox Indie Game Fest Demo Event.

This event offers a chance to try out indie games before committing to a purchase. While it’s not a full free game download, the demos give players the opportunity to explore a wide range of indie titles at no extra cost.

The event, which runs until December 31, features games like Aikyam, Anima Flux, Arctic Awakening, Big Helmet Heroes, Cats on Duty, Cosmorons, and many more.

The full list of participating games includes a variety of genres, from action and adventure to puzzle and simulation, offering something for everyone.

These demos are accessible directly from the Xbox dashboard, making it easy for users to browse and download the titles.

However, it’s important to note that the demos are only available during this event, and there’s no guarantee they will remain free afterward.

For players who enjoy indie games or are looking to try something new, this is a great opportunity to discover new titles without spending a dime.
