The Casio G-Shock DW-5000R-1AER, celebrating the 1983 G-Shock origin, is priced at £179 in the UK, per its listing on the brand’s official site.
This premium price surpasses the DW-5600 series, which starts at £99.90. While the release date remains unconfirmed, European retailers are listing the watch at €199–€259, hinting at regional availability soon.
The DW-5000R features a 12/24-hour time format, an automatic calendar, multiple alarms, a countdown timer, and a stopwatch.
It includes an LED backlight and is water-resistant up to 200m (~656 ft). The model recently sold out in Japan, where it debuted as the DW-5000R-1AJF.
