U2 is back with a new hit as their latest single, “Picture of You (X+W)”, climbs into the top 10 on the Billboard charts.
The song moves from No. 11 to No. 10 on the Adult Alternative Airplay chart, marking the band’s 28th top 10 hit on this list.
U2 has been a major name in rock music for decades, known for hits in the ’80s, ’90s, and ’00s.
Though their chart-topping streak slowed down over time, they continue to make waves in the music world.
The song “Picture of You (X+W)” is also rising on other charts. It reached a new high on the Alternative Airplay list, landing at No. 28.
However, on the Rock & Alternative Airplay chart, it dropped one spot to No. 43.
The single was released as part of a reissue of U2โs album How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb, celebrating its 20th anniversary.
The re-release includes extra tracks, and “Picture of You (X+W)” has become a favorite, climbing the charts.
