The Xiaomi SU7 has emerged victorious in the 2024 winter endurance test for pure electric sedans conducted by Autohome, showcasing exceptional performance in harsh cold conditions.

Xiaomi’s founder, Lei Jun, shared the achievement on Weibo, emphasizing the vehicle’s efficiency and strength even in ultra-low temperatures.

Key Range Achievements:

  • Cold Temperatures (5–15°C):
    • Usable Range: 737 kilometers
    • Range Achievement Rate: 91%
    • Lead over Second Place: 19.5 km
  • Ultra-Low Temperature (-25 to -20°C):
    • Actual Range: 385 kilometers
    • Range Achievement Rate: 47.5%
    • Lead over Second Place: 48.8 km

The Xiaomi SU7 Max, equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel-drive system, still managed to deliver impressive range figures, proving Xiaomi’s advances in battery technology and energy efficiency.

This success strengthens Xiaomi’s position in the EV market, confirming its ability to compete with industry giants.
