Bang & Olufsen has unveiled its new Beoplay Eleven wireless earbuds, priced at $499 and featuring a design aimed at improving sustainability and audio performance.
The earbuds are the company’s first with a battery replacement option, aligning with upcoming EU sustainability regulations.
The Beoplay Eleven comes with six updated microphones to enhance voice call quality, active noise cancellation (ANC), and transparency modes.
The company claims double the noise reduction at low frequencies compared to previous models.
Available in natural aluminum and copper tone finishes, the earbuds maintain an IP57 dust and water resistance rating.
While Bang & Olufsen promotes battery replaceability, the process requires sending the buds to their service center rather than user replacement.
Key specifications include:
- 9.2mm drivers
- Up to 6 hours of battery life with ANC on
- Up to 8 hours with ANC off
- USB-C and wireless Qi charging
- Total battery life of 20-28 hours with charging case
The natural aluminum version is available now, with the copper tone variant launching on December 17th.
