Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro: Leaks, Rumors, Price & Release Date

Redmi Note 14 Pro Redmi Note 14 Pro

The Redmi Note series has been a consistent performer for Xiaomi, offering a compelling mix of features and value in the mid-range smartphone segment. The upcoming Redmi Note 14 Pro, part of the Redmi Note 14 lineup, is expected to continue this tradition and build upon the success of its predecessor, the Redmi Note 13 Pro.

The Redmi Note 14 Pro is expected to launch in September 2024, following the release of the Redmi Note 13 series in September 2023. Recent leaks and rumors have provided a glimpse into the device’s design, specifications, and potential pricing, giving us a better understanding of what to expect from this highly anticipated smartphone.

Redmi Note 14 Pro Design & Display

The Redmi Note 14 Pro will feature a premium design with a micro-curved 1.5K AMOLED display. The screen will have a punch-hole cutout for the front camera, similar to the current Redmi Note 13 Pro. The micro-curved edges are expected to provide a better in-hand grip.

Redmi Note 14 Pro Cameras

One of the most significant leaks suggests that the Redmi Note 14 Pro will have a 50MP primary camera. While this is still a high-resolution sensor, it represents a downgrade from the 200MP camera on the Redmi Note 13 Pro. The phone is also rumored to lack a telephoto sensor, which could be a disappointment for users who value zoom capabilities.

Redmi Note 14 Pro Performance

The Redmi Note 14 Pro is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, which should offer a slight performance improvement over the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 used in the Redmi Note 13 Pro. However, the battery capacity is rumored to be 5,000mAh, which is smaller than the 5,100mAh battery in the current model.

Redmi Note 14 Pro Price

The Redmi Note 14 series, including the Redmi Note 14 Pro, is expected to launch first in China in September 2024. The global launch, including India, may follow later in 2024 or early 2025. Pricing details are not yet available, but the Redmi Note 14 Pro is likely to be priced competitively in the mid-range segment.
