Drake’s upcoming album ICEMAN is reportedly set to be released on 15 May, following an unusual promotional campaign in Toronto.

The release date was uncovered by a Twitch streamer known as Kishka, who broadcast himself breaking into a large ice sculpture placed in the city. The structure had been installed earlier by Drake, who hinted that it contained key information about the album.

During a livestream, the creator showed a sealed bag retrieved from inside the ice. He later claimed it revealed the album’s release date, which quickly spread online.

Drake had been teasing ICEMAN for several months. Earlier promotions included a series of livestream episodes and public stunts, including frozen-themed displays at events.

The ice installation drew crowds of fans, many of whom attempted to see what was hidden inside. Videos shared on social media showed people gathering around the structure.

The album is expected to be Drake’s ninth solo studio project. It will follow his recent collaborations and a period of high-profile public attention.

While the reported release date has not yet been formally confirmed by Drake, anticipation for the project continues to grow.

Further details about the album are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
